Gaudeamus-Montréal III : 7090 présente le Projet Retailles / Leftovers Project
Projet Retailles is a creative collaboration pairing 7090 with three composers from Canada and four from the Netherlands in an innovative fashion. The seven participating composers have been invited to share their “leftovers” – composition scraps that have been discarded or unused over the years – with the performers, who will then work creatively to create a concert out of these various fragments. The composers will work together with 7090 under the mentorship of Christopher Butterfield for a week preceding the concert in preparation for this eccentric collaboration.
Featuring the leftovers of:
Adam Basanta (Montreal)
Noriko Koide (Japan-Netherlands)
Thanasis Deligiannis (Greece-Netherlands)

Grzegorz Marciniak (Poland-Netherlands)
