Documentaire audio: Art/Culture/Écologie/Technologie
In this first episode of the Innovations Podcast's fifth season, we dive into questions of creating and listening to music in our constantly changing, industrialized world. In a time of climate change and denial, rapid advances in technology, and an ever increasing migration to cities.
2. Composer and sound artist James O’Callaghan, whose work intersects acoustic and electroacoustic media and is rooted in the documentation, transcription and transformation of acoustic sounds. He has worked extensively with sounds of animals and insects as well as with other acoustic sources such as instruments from the cla ssical music tradition.
